Course Structure
Part 1: The theory
There are over 150 videos in this section with practical exercises and theory. Here you can go through the course at your own pace while it is designed in weeks you can go faster or slower. Learning the theory, doing recorded activations and other practices and completing any tasks. My casual video style is thus so, so that you learn in a laid back way and enjoy the process. Once finished then you pass to:
Part 2: Live online practice.
Section 1
Once completed part 1 you will be require to attend the intensive live activations / initiations. These are held at different dates through the year and to attain certification you must attend all the sessions in a one week intensive.

It will be your turn to practice. Here you will also become more sensitive to the subtle energies themselves.
You will have to do at least 10 sessions within the group.
You may also find not everyone speaks perfect English as the community so be ready to use Google translate.
Part 3: Self Practice
This you can begin once completing the first week of the live sessions. This is a 21 days period of self practice. This includes shadow work and activations and meditation format leads 30 minutes a day.

Part 4: Community Practice
Community group work offering sessions and exchanges with other members of the group. You will also be asked to join other peoples sessions and exchanges to be able to stay a member of the community. The aim of this group is to create a global network and community so we can all help each other grow in a fun and light hearted way.
