A Recorded Session

This is a recorded session, allowing you to observe the various facilitator movements working different energy bodies and responses of a private session. You may choose to follow this as a basic protocol to initiate your own practice.

You'll likely notice that the client's movements are relatively minimal. This is actually a positive sign! Pay attention to her breathing patterns and any subtle movements they make.

Additionally, observe for rapid eye or eyelid movements, as they indicate a connection with the energy being worked with.

It's important to note that the movements seen in demonstration videos, often used for promotional purposes, may differ from those in actual sessions. While some individuals, such as dancers, may exhibit more movement, the frequency and intensity of movement tend to decrease over time with regular sessions. Each client responds differently—some may never move, while others may experience changes in movement patterns over multiple sessions.

Please note that all movements are gentle and slow, with a focus on increasing the flow of energy while maintaining control over the energy bodies and the surrounding space. There's no use of astral surgery or forceful techniques here. It's remarkable how, in just 10 minutes, we've reached a level where the client can begin to allow her astral body to be moved.

This technique isn't suitable for beginner students or clients. However, it demonstrates the extent of what can be achieved through this practice.

For those interested in having an out-of-body experience (OBE), it's crucial for the facilitator to have their own experience with it beforehand. This firsthand understanding is essential, as it ensures authenticity and prevents misconceptions, such as those propagated through social media claiming dreams as astral projections.
